Datolite with Quartz (Ref: DATOLITE1)
Dalnegorsk, Primorskij Kraj, Russia
44mm x 37mm x 28mm
$65
This bright twinned Datolite is perched alongside a cluster of Quartz crystals. Many Datolites from this location are either dark and blocky or so light in color as to seem invisible. This example has a slight green tint. Some of the quartz crystals have broken off, but the centerpiece is the Datolite, which is in great shape (very tiny chipping along an edge, seen with loupe).Data last checked on 16th Oct 2024 - specimen may no longer be available
