Even considering the one or two imperfections that can be seen here and there on this Moroccan Azurite specimen, it is still a highly aesthetic piece. Its numerous fan-shaped sprays of relatively robust crystals up to 1.8 cm with the typical Roman sword-shaped terminations and extremely vitreous luster and deep blue color are just stunning. There is now hardly any such top specimens available on the market anymore; especially not at reasonable prices like this splendid piece from the 1990s.Data last checked on 10th Mar 2025
