Fine, deep blue cluster of Azurite from the famous Chessy mines of France. These mines are long closed and this specimen was likely found in the 1800s. There are numerous attached crystals of Malachite that have pseudomorphed after Cuprite and a few areas where the Azurite has altered to Malachite.Data last checked on 28th Jul 2024 - specimen may no longer be available
