Here you see a superfine Mimetite specimen with well formed and multifaced terminated crystals. This specimen is from the famous ´Gem Pocket´ of Mimetite found in 1971 and not surpassed since by any Mimetite from any location, according to most people who score such things. As you can imagine, they are highly desirable and hard to obtain after some 50 years. Just a handful are for sale in any given time, now. And here we have a very aesthetic one with light yellow colour and superb, but not very best, clarity. Only minor imperfection on this stunning specimen,- and for a very fair price I think. Comes with a high quality acrylic base.
