This is another superb Mimetite specimen from the famous Tsumeb Mine aka Tsumcorp Mine aka Tsumeb Corporation Mine in Namibia. Excellently defined six-sided egg yolk-yellow crystals with a six-sided cross section abundantly on the specimen. The terminations of the crystals are tapered, but on closer inspection they turn out to be whitish in color, which gives the step a little more tension. In a second lateral vug on the side of the specimen has wheat sheaf-shaped clusters of these same crystals, which reach a diameter of 1.2 cm. This is also a magnificent piece that consists largely of pure Mimetite with little else.
