Attractive pale greenish to bluish grey, wonderfully translucent prehnite, well crystallized with a curved and intergrown habit. The lustre is very bright and slightly waxy and the translucency really is eye catching. Minor fibrous white actinolite in the matrix. In excellent condition, self stands and displays well. A lovely example from this small but famous find. Ex Shirley Adrian collection, acquired by Shirley Adrian in 1989. Supplied with S Adrian collection label.
