An unusual tan plate of matrix coated with sparkly microscopic crystals of clear Quartz and greenish Epidote generously covered with lusterous, very transparent, light-grape-colored Quartz cystals, many doubly terminated. Some clear Quartz crystals are also present. This fine old specimen dates to about the mid 1960s when this collection was assembled. No damage.ex. Paul Edwards collection.
