Silver (pseudo Dyscrasite) (Ref: PB-29)
Uranium Mine No. 21, Haje, Pribram, Central Bohemia Region, Bohemia, Czech Republic
36mm x 26mm x 17mm
minID: TF5-ADE
$295
This rich specimen is comprised entirely of Silver replacing earlier, tabular crystals of Dyscrasite to 6 mm in length. It is complete all around with no obvious point of attachment, hence a floater. Between 1985 and 1989, these pseudomorphs were found at reportedly the 800 m level in this uranium-silver mine, which finally closed late in 1989. This is a classic Pribram Silver in excellent condition.Data last checked on 21st Feb 2025 - specimen may no longer be available
