An extremely rare combination specimen from high plateau of Mount Malosa, Malawi, with the Helvin/Genthelvin already being in a class of its own. A gigantic, dark brown, slightly altered four-sided crystal measuring an enormous 2.2 cm in size, is perched extremely exposed on a cluster of thick-tabular, mostly well-terminated, light beige Microcline crystals. These are dotted with small, long prismatic milky Quartz crystals, as well as slightly smaller, slightly yellowish crystals of the extremely rare mineral Caysichit-(Y). The later species could be mistaken for Quartz. This is a unique specimen from a one-time find from February 2012 and something like that hasn´t been found since.Data last checked on 4th Feb 2025 - specimen may no longer be available
